When you purchase, Payhip shares your name and email with us as the seller. In the community we see what you post (including
rosters you share for start/sit advice).
Deliver what you bought, send product updates and content you paid for, and
(rarely) announce major offers. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
Payment card details (Payhip/Stripe process all payments — we never see your card),
government IDs, or anything beyond what Payhip provides and what you post.
Product-delivery messages are part of the service. Anything promotional includes
an opt-out; tell us once and we stop.
Want your data deleted from our records (member lists, exports)? Email us (address on your receipt); we'll confirm within 14 days. Payhip's own retention is governed by Payhip's privacy policy.
