Product-delivery messages (your picks, your reports, your receipts) are part of the
service you bought. Anything purely promotional includes an opt-out — tell us once and
we stop. Opting out of promotional email does not cancel a subscription; see the
Refund & Cancellation Policy for that.
Access records are retained while your access is live and for a reasonable period
afterwards for accounting and dispute handling. Billing records are retained as long
as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete the rest at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about
you. Email us (the address on your receipt) and we'll confirm within 14 days.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — we honour those
where they apply. Deleting your account data may end access you have paid for.
BetEdge is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from
children. Some content is 21+ where local law requires.
