BetEdge — Terms of Service

Effective: August 7, 2026

1. Who we are

BetEdge ("we," "us") sells digital sports-analytics and fantasy football content —

model projections, draft rankings, weekly waiver-wire reports, rest-of-season

rankings, lineup advice, and daily model output — through betedgeprops.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe and

are never seen or stored by us.

2. What you're buying (access periods)

We sell two different things, and the difference matters for billing:

(a) Monthly subscriptions — these RENEW AUTOMATICALLY until you cancel.

• Recap ($9.99/mo), Full Slate ($24.99/mo), Model Room ($129.99/mo).
• Each renews on the same calendar day every month at the listed price until

cancelled. You authorise these recurring charges at checkout.

• Cancel any time in the Stripe customer portal linked from every receipt; you keep

access through the end of the period already paid for.

• Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy: a 7-day window on your first month,

after which charges — including renewals you meant to cancel — are final.

Model Room is the only plan with a prorated mid-period refund.

• Model Room Day Pass ($4.99) is a one-time purchase granting 24 hours of full

access. It does not renew and is non-refundable.

(b) One-time fantasy products — nothing renews, nothing is "lifetime":

• Draft Kit 2026 — access to the 2026 draft board and its updates **through

September 7, 2026 (Labor Day)**.

• Waiver Wire 2026 — everything in the Draft Kit, plus weekly waiver-wire and

rest-of-season reports through the end of the 2026 NFL season (February 2027).

• Season Pass 2026 — everything above, plus weekly personalized start/sit

advice, through the end of the 2026 NFL season (February 2027). Limited to 50

members; when sold out, no additional seats are offered for the 2026 season.

3. Informational content only

Our content is opinion and analysis for fantasy sports entertainment. It is not

betting advice, financial advice, or a promise of results. Fantasy outcomes depend

on real-world events we don't control. You make your own decisions.

4. Performance claims

Statistics we publish (hit rates, points-per-game edges, rank correlations) are

outputs of documented, walk-forward historical backtests. We publish losing periods

alongside winning ones. Backtested performance does not guarantee future

performance.

5. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and able to form a binding contract. Our content is not

directed at minors.

6. Personal use license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content

for your own fantasy teams. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share

paid content (including screenshots of substantially complete rankings) outside

your household or repost it in other communities. We can revoke access without

refund for redistribution.

7. Start/sit advice (Season Pass)

Lineup responses are our best analysis at the time given the information you

provide and public data. Deadlines: rosters sent by email or Twitter DM by

Saturday 8:00 PM MT receive a response by Sunday 11:00 AM MT. Late requests are

answered on a best-effort basis. Advice quality depends on the accuracy of what

you send.

8. Delivery

Content is delivered by email (including a daily PDF for the pick subscriptions) and

Twitter DM, plus digital download and on-site access where noted. There is no

Discord. Weekly reports target Tuesday mornings MT; occasional delays for

data-source or platform outages don't constitute non-delivery if the report ships

that week.

9. Billing, cancellation & refunds

The Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price until cancelled. You

authorise this at checkout, and the renewal date and amount appear on every receipt.

• First month: a first-time subscriber to a plan may request a full refund within

7 days of the initial charge (one per customer, per plan).

• After that: all subsequent charges are final and non-refundable, including

renewals you intended to cancel, renewals where auto-renew was left on, and periods

you did not use. Cancellation is self-serve and available at any time before a

renewal, so an unwanted renewal is not grounds for a refund.

• Model Room is the sole exception: on request we prorate the current period at

the $4.99/day Day Pass rate and refund the remainder (never below $0). Recap and

Full Slate are not prorated.

• Day Pass is non-refundable (immediate 24-hour access).
• One-time fantasy products follow the windows in the Refund Policy.
• Duplicate, unauthorised, or undelivered charges are refunded in full regardless of

any window.

• Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your

jurisdiction.

10. Community conduct

Be civil in chat and forums. No harassment, spam, self-promotion, or solicitation.

We may remove content or members who break this rule (with refund handled per the

Refund Policy's discretion clause).

11. Intellectual property

All content, models, methodology descriptions, data presentations, and graphics

are our property or licensed to us. League data originates from publicly available

sources; our analysis of it is ours.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating

to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not

liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for fantasy league outcomes,

wagers, or contest entries of any kind.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted in the community with

an effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard

to conflict-of-law rules.
