Effective: August 7, 2026
Short version: you get one clean exit. New subscribers have a 7-day window on
their first month. After that, subscription charges — including automatic renewals —
are final. Cancel before your renewal date and you're never charged again.
Please read the subscription section before you buy. We enforce it consistently, and
"I forgot to cancel" is not an exception (see *Auto-renewal* below).

All monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You agree to this at checkout.
If you are a first-time subscriber to a plan, you may request a **full refund
within 7 days of your initial** charge. One first-month refund per customer, per
plan. We may decline if the account shows unusual usage (for example, bulk-exporting
the full edge table and then requesting a refund).
Once the 7-day first-month window closes, **all subsequent charges are final and
non-refundable.** This includes:
Access is delivered daily from the moment a period starts, so a renewed period is
consumed as soon as it begins.
Model Room ($129.99/mo) is the only plan with a mid-period refund, because it is
the highest-priced tier. On request, we prorate the current period: **days already
used are charged at the $4.99/day Day Pass rate, and the remainder is refunded**
(never below $0).
Example: 6 days into a $129.99 Model Room month → 6 × $4.99 = $29.94 used → about
$100.05 refunded.
This proration applies to Model Room only. **Recap ($9.99/mo) and Full Slate
($24.99/mo) are not prorated** — they follow the 7-day first-month rule above and are
otherwise non-refundable.
Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in every receipt email, or
reply to any BetEdge email and we'll cancel it for you. Cancellation:
cancelled.
is not grounds for a refund** outside the first-month window.
The Model Room Day Pass ($4.99) is non-refundable. It unlocks complete access
immediately and expires 24 hours later, so there is nothing to return once bought.
These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — nothing renews.

discretion.
report of the season is emailed to you, whichever comes first. After the first
report, refunds are at our discretion.
is delivered**. After that, refunds are at our discretion (seats are capped at 50,
so a used seat has real cost to us).
Genuinely duplicated charges, charges you didn't authorise, or charges for access we
failed to deliver are refunded in full, always, regardless of any window above. If we
didn't deliver, you don't pay — tell us and it's fixed.
Reply to your receipt email or message @betedgeprops on X with the charge date and
the email you purchased with. We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back
to the original payment method through Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business
days.
Please contact us first. We resolve legitimate problems faster than a bank does, and a
dispute filed without contacting us may result in the account being closed. Filing a
chargeback for a charge covered by this policy is not a substitute for cancelling.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country
or state, where those rights cannot be waived. If a mandatory local right gives you a
cancellation or refund entitlement beyond what's written here, that right applies.
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on the day of
your charge, and material changes apply only to charges made after they're posted.
